How about narrating it the next time? For those of us who just got a printer like the 3800, it would help to tell what each of these steps means. For instance, your lovely hand model points to the display panel, but doesn't say a darn thing nor do we get a closeup of the panel itself. I have NO idea what she is indicating. All I get to listen to is the noisy sound of your zoom lens as it grinds in and out. Help please.
that looks like the inkjetmall system. I thought inkrepublic didn't need to remove the cartridges to do a reset?
