@tallapena1 all you have to do is just learn some basic guitar chords and scale, and practice them, then later on, try look for something harder to practice, play songs, play with bands, try look for atleast a drummer and bassist, and you'll be able to play guitar nicely, maybe even better than me !! ;)

i learnt by myself for 3 years, then i started take classes, i changed 3 teacher, first teacher i took 2 month lesson and then i left, 2nd teacher 1 month then i left, and the 3rd teacher i took another 1 month then i stopped ,then i just keep on practise every single day, and observe how people plays them properly, watch lesson videos, and most important ..Practise makes perfect, play from slow to fast, don't rush =)
