It can be because ure camera isn't as good as hers but i'm pretty sure that she use some sort of photoshop because i use it too and i know how it look she probably turns contrast brightness or vibrance up and blur but im not sure ofc

The brand is WALES make up but its only sold in Asia [Hong Kong and Singapore mostly) but you may be able to find them on ebay but most of the sellers are from Hong Kong or sSingapore and I'm not the one to do any transactions outside the U.S. but an alternative is the 88 shimmer palette from Coastal Scents. The pigmentation is identical to that of the WALEs eye shadow palette.
