When you press record does it record from the perspective your currently in or the cockpit or tail one?

@epiclizard13 It records three cameras in the same time but you are not restricted to these cameras. These are mainly to be able to help you maneuver the helicopter. Once you have recorded the animation of the helicopter you place out the cameras you like to use for production and record those in another take.

@HalcyonCinema It is a Pre-Rigged Model but it is quite easy to just rigg the model with Craft Director Studio by your self.

@gmodzombieteam Maya is not free. It's a software that Autodesk develops. You can also have a look at 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and Softimage.

Building a quadcopter is actually quite easy. Forget about the rotorblade on our dummy model, set the helicopter dummy in the middle of your model and simply set the helicopter's side speed to the same as forward speed. You need to animate the rotorblades manaully, but that's really not a problem.

@zzddevilzz you can get free models from other sites (obviously not as good as this one) and then you can use them to test your matchmoving software. There are plenty of free chair and tables models everywhere, perfect to test a shot in your own living room! How about a flying chair?! Or if you really want a helicopter you can buy one like this or better from websites that sell them. That model would roughly be at least $100 :D
