@jannikcod1 Blowing up Angels in Amarr ships is not very time efficient. These days I use Nighthawk for it. It's like watching pop-corns getting done in a microwave.

Main idea is to use weapon with damage type most effective against given NPC. Amarr ships are rather limited in that damage "variety".

i must say that the amarrian ships are probably the worst ships to do angels extravaganza... angels have higher resists against thermal and EM..

@IzoTarrok but you mostly see amarrian ships in amarr space, and you rarely get any extravaganza other than angels... Besides, amarrian ships get bonuses for EM/Thermal damage which suits them since you mostly get missions against sansha's and blood raiders in amarr space.

I would never do an angel's mission with an abaddon, since lasers do crap damage against them.

Are you sure you managed to fit CPR in a medium slot? I believe you meant Cap recharger.

Otherwise, it is quite a standard fit that will serve you well.

My Abaddon Fitting: High: 8 Mega Pulse

Medium: T2 Capacitor Power Relay x4 or 3 and cap booster

Low: 6 Mission Specific Hardeners and a Large Armor rep

Drones: Best Drone you got

Rig: CCC x3

With that fit i can tank any lvl 4 in my Abaddon or Apocalypse. For my armageddon the same but 7 Mega pulse in high slots, medium slots are 3 T2 Capacitor Power Relays and low slots i add a T2 DC. for drones i use Ogre. those fittings i can tank any lvl 4 missions

8x Mega pulse II

4x Cap rechargers II

1x CPR II

3x Armor hardener of choice

1x Amarr navy Energized Nano membrane

1x Amarr Navy Large armor rep

1x Heat sink

but depending on a mission, few things can be changed (not only armor hardeners)

no, its pulse. I stopped using beams. but the vid is over an year ago old and I paused on playing EVE around that time so I don't know if the pulse now sound differently

@Bombajrosh ya once the change of quatuim rise to trinity they changed all effects like shield resistances sounds thumbnails ect.

i get the cap boosters on mid ... but Cap Power relay is for low slots ...

thi is basic use phone heavy tanker 5 cruise's II and 5 sentry's II - easy and fast, can go afk while your drones do the work

I prefer useing a missile boat like the raven or drake for this mission :) makes it go by faster :D

you'd have to be a god or a monster in order to sheild tank the abaddon

i have shield tanked an abaddon before. it was a very weird set up but i pulled it off
