I think the stupidity of Fabio's comment is more simple than that. This scene is just hysterical. I would say what makes it more hysterical is knowing who the guy is, which Fabio obviously doesn't.

By the way, while we're on Dogma 95, something about Julien Donkey-Boy has always bugged me. One of the rules of Dogma 95 is no props.  But in the end of the movie he's driving around with the dead baby. I think the entire end of the movie was too over the top for Dogma 95.
