you all should learn the Structure of house music and Music theory before saying stupid shit like "the vocal are on time", it doesnt even sound appropiate. Obviously this isnt the original vocal edit , vocals are delayed by a few milli seconds, theyre not of place, and dont go with the rhythm,( yes, rhythm, not bpm)
