@nlaforg19 it's his 1st grow probably by himself and the trimming job isn't really important it's the growing, drying, and curing... sure he should have grew only a half pound of dense high quality OG instead of ak and whatever that is... I still think he did a good job overall. I had to have 50 people help teach me how to grow so he did a good job.

trim better and you will have less moisture when the buds are crisp put them in the jar and do not pack the buds in the jars so tight that was most likely your biggest problems
@fistsUP27 I harvested weed on a mountain in humboldt. The gentleman I worked for inspected each bud to make sure that all the weed he was selling to the folks on the eastside of the US didn't have any crows feet or bag pokers as he calls it. The buds were very pretty and very sellable. If thats your intent, to sell of course.

@EastCoastChameleon Multiple light sources really help. The light spread by 2x250 Watts is much much more than a single 400 watt. You can get better spread, get the lights down closer to the plants. But I will admit, the quality wasn't as great as I wanted. On my second grow, I got 12 ounces off of a 600 Watt, but I only filled half the size of the tent. Feel free to watch the other grow in complete 1080p time-lapse on my channel!
you should just turn it into hash oil. I turned a P of shake that I got for 300$ and turned it into a little under an ounce of really really good hash oil

Try a little Gravity from Humboldt County Hydro. It'll swell your buds and make em rock hard. For extra crystal try Snow Storm from the same company.Not too shabby for a first grow. Don't listen to any naysayers man.

thereason for mold most commonly is cuz your jar was too filled up ,you need to leave room and space for buds to rotate,and open up the jar every other chance you can get
Bud dries from the outside in. When the inside is sufficiently dry, the outer surface is probably too dry. This is why you cure, this redistributes the moisture locked in the centre evenly throughout the bud. You can tell how dry it is by the branch, if it bends fine, if it snaps its getting too dry. Hang buds until the surface is dry, then put them in the jars for 12 hours, open jars every now and then for a few minutes. When moist hang them again and repeat process, reduce the time each time.
very good girl, i see their very crystally. you did stress them a lil earlier but overall you did good. did you discover what the problem was in your garden? was it the water by chance. lot of the time more light will resolve bud density not forgetting timming in your use of nutrients in the bloom-cycle. good job

you need to upgrade to more watts for better density and dont have the buds too dry before jarring but jar smaller buds first and leave bigger buds to dry for longer or break them down into smaller buds- and dont forget to mix the stuff up in your jars before and after burping so it isnt just the top bud which are drying!
good first try tho, u seem to have a decent grasp of what your doing, bit id scrap the computer controller idea tho... keep it simple!
it needs to hang longer and you need to trim tighter and that will help i have been growing 25 years and people need to have pasion for the herb good job keep going tricomb warrior

A pound from 500w is not that unreasonable.. Ive heard of grows that produce up to 2gpw. 0.89 is not unheard of. Anyways, those jars hold about 1 oz and there is 16 or so of them, hmmmmm

@EastCoastChameleon Multiple light sources really help. The light spread by 2x250 Watts is much much more than a single 400 watt. You can get better spread, get the lights down closer to the plants. But I will admit, the quality wasn't as great as I wanted. On my second grow, I got 12 ounces off of a 600 Watt, but I only filled half the size of the tent. fuck that no way in hell you harvested a pound with that half ass setup and 500w is not enough unless your a pro and since your plants suffered what looks to be heat stress on top of nute burn how the hell did you hit 1 gpw and your other vid you averged an oz a plant, and 2 250w lamps wont cover 16 plants so you are a true bullshyter unless like an ass you wieghed stems and fan leafs too

Try a little Gravity from Humboldt County Hydro. It'll swell your buds and make em rock hard. For extra crystal try Snow Storm from the same company.Not too shabby for a first grow. Don't listen to any naysayers man.

Bud dries from the outside in. When the inside is sufficiently dry, the outer surface is probably too dry. This is why you cure, this redistributes the moisture locked in the centre evenly throughout the bud. You can tell how dry it is by the branch, if it bends fine, if it snaps its getting too dry. Hang buds until the surface is dry, then put them in the jars for 12 hours, open jars every now and then for a few minutes. When moist hang them again and repeat process, reduce the time each time.

very good girl, i see their very crystally. you did stress them a lil earlier but overall you did good. did you discover what the problem was in your garden? was it the water by chance. lot of the time more light will resolve bud density not forgetting timming in your use of nutrients in the bloom-cycle. good job

you need to upgrade to more watts for better density and dont have the buds too dry before jarring but jar smaller buds first and leave bigger buds to dry for longer or break them down into smaller buds- and dont forget to mix the stuff up in your jars before and after burping so it isnt just the top bud which are drying!
good first try tho, u seem to have a decent grasp of what your doing, bit id scrap the computer controller idea tho... keep it simple!
