  • I play this theme when I'm furiously masturbating to Star Wars.

  • I play this theme when getting a colonoscopy, needless to say the doctor didnt get his fingers back

  • Like the prequels or not, at least we can all admit that the music was fantastic, as usual. John Williams = legend.

  • I play this theme when i'm avoiding talking to idiots.

  • This music plays when i have diarrhea and i can't find a fucking public toilet.....

  • i play this theme when i play Zombies on Call of Duty Black Ops

  • i play this theme when im going to start a very hard exam :(

  • @Marcotrejo84 LOL YES im doing that right now

  • First in 0.00 am!

  • Comment removed

  • @thefreddiefaction that was different music

  • @SloganYams I personally loved maul, but in the end, the guy who played Maul was actually the stuntman for the film. He wasn't an actor. So it wouldn't have been possible to have him in two films. They ended up cutting all Mauls lines out of the prequel

  • the saber duel was way better in this than in the old triology

  • Flashbacks

  • 3D Spoiler Alert: Anakin still sucks.

  • this was fucking epic in 3D!

  • @RobloxSodaTeam I saw Qui-Gon Jinn die again in 3d

  • They better re-use this when Maul comes back in Star Wars The Clone Wars.

  • This is my message ring tone lol.

  • Darth Maul > Darth Tyrannus

  • this is the best song ever

  • Thanks for posting this vid

  • just watched star wars 3D today jizzed during this part (not even lying)

  • My favourite movie of the 6 is actually this one. Jar Jar and the pod-race, not so good according to me. However. The battle, this soundtrack, Liam Neeson, Darth Maul and the 3D version was awesome. 4, 5 and 6 brilliant too. But my top 6 are as following: 1: Phantom Menace 2: Revenge of the sith 3: The empire strikes back 4: Return of the jedi 5: A new Hope 6: Attack of the clones (the love-relationship between Padme and Anakin ruined it, well that and Jar-Jar binks returned...)
  • I'm a fan and I love the prequels. Revenge of my Sith is my favourite actually.

  • dont bother answering then!

  • how do i download this?

  • I think Jar Jar suffers the same problem as Darth Maul, because he only had a practical purpose in Episode I. He was in II and III, but he was cameo at best and served no purpose other than "Oh hey, hes still here".

  • ♪Qui-Gonnnnnnnn♪

    ♪Obi-Wannnnnnnnnnn♪

    ♪Darrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrth♪

    ♪Vader, mannnnnnnnnnnnn♪

  • At the very begining, all I here is ♪CORN ON........THE COB.......♪ unheard.

  • Its supid how they showed the movie years ago and now in 3D WTF

  • 1:02

  • 0:36

  • @BashMonkeyRC I know that feeling lol

  • I'm assuredly not the first to mention this, but this echoes from outta nowhere whenever my ex-girlfriend texts me

  • Spanish homework just became a duel of the fates

  • This song starts playing itself from the nowhere when my mom calls me.

  • darth maul is the best, he's my favorite sith lord of all time

  • Just wait, all the rest of the star wars movies will go 3D bc Lucas thinks 2012 is the end. Lawl.

  • Even this couldn't save the phantom menace! WHY!!???

  • oh fuck yes fuck yes fuck yes.

  • When this started playing in the 3D showing, me and my friend said to each other...

    "THIS IS IT!"

  • 3D of this film not bad but they redid yoda so he looks like himself from ep 3 not the puppet!

And remenber the film is bad because it's supposed to make the begin of the story

  • Conclusion after seeing this in 3D: the movie still sucks, but this battle is still amazing.

  • Jedi Master: There is a disturbance in the Force. Train you must, to defeat.

Jedi: The Sith will continually increase the numbers until we are the lesser amount.

Man: What are those Jedi talking about?

Other Man: The corn. On the kebab field, we have 7 621 corns. The opponent's number is 65. Although their number is much lesser, we must keep our guard up and prepare for a battle to the cob.

  • the force be with 7610 people to fight the other 65 sith lords

  • Darth Maul - Everything. I DONT CARE WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THE NEWER EPISODES!! Darth Maul is still alot more epic than Vader -=O

  • @YummyTheSmoothie Oh definitely he was going to take on the whole entire Jedi existence with just som old dude

  • 65 people are star trekians

  • @zombieducklings1

I'm a fan of Star Trek and the soundtrack is EPIC.Stop this shitty cliche of Star Wars vs Star Trek.I love both and I'm sure I'm not alone.

  • great lightsaber , but how do I hold it ?

  • The prequels aren't near as bad as people say. Granted, they aren't as good as the originals, I won't deny that, but acting as though they're atrocious abominations is just ridiculous, especially considering people seem okay with the expanded universe novels, which are more poorly-written than the prequels could ever be.

The bigest mistake the prequels made was killing Darth Maul in Episode 1, he could have been as iconic (or at least nearly as iconic) as Vader had he stayed in the sequels.

  • @SloganYams Yeah, but we needed to follow Anikin during these movies. Darth Maul would keep him from becoming Darth Vader because Palpatine wouldn't need a new apprentice if Maul hadn't died.

  • @bestshowontheweb I didn't say Maul shouldn't have died, but he should have been the guy Anakin killed in order to become Palpatine's apprentice. Dooku was an unnecessary character. Or, he was an unnecessary Sith. Dooku could have just been a political villain pushing Palpatine's plot forward, he didn't need to be a sith. Maul filled that role so much better.

And don't even get me started on Grievous...

  • @SloganYams I could rant for years about where they fucked up in the prequels, but I think me simply saying "Jar-Jar Binks" should be enough.

  • @themanclaw2 Jar-Jar Binks isn't as bad as people say. Yes, he's annoying, but he was a character targeted towards small children, and in that, he actually does a decent job. And he at least fits into the story.

Give me Jar-Jar Binks over Jacen Solo or Starkiller any day.

  • @SloganYams but that is exactly my point. Jar Jar fucks was created to be a marketing tool to exploit children's interests, not as a character that would contribute to the depth of the themes of the Star Wars universe, which sort of underlines the main problem with the prequels; they were made to SELL not be a story that makes you identify and yet be intrigued by the characters and their universe.

  • @themanclaw2 Jar Jar was responsible for liaison with the gungan army.

  • @themanclaw2 ps i also hate jar jar

  • @themanclaw2 The funny thing is...One could say the same about Boba Fett...

I'm not saying the prequels didn't make mistakes. They were a lot about marketing and lacked the genuine nature of the originals. And the characters were less compelling (aside from Maul, Qui-gon and Watto, all three of which I think are among the series' best/most memorable characters).

I could go on about Medichlorians, the fact that Anakin built C3-P0, ect. But I could also go on about some good points

  • @SloganYams i dont really like jar jar that much, but he has been given more of a character role in the clone wars, id pick starkiller over him, but not jacen solo

  • @SloganYams That's just it, about Maul. He could not be as iconic as Vader, as Anakin was intended to "fall" at some point, being the iconic character that turned to the dark side. As much as I love Maul's character, I totally understand his (small) role in the Prequel saga.

  • @leekepwn How does that argument make any sense? No offense, but what does "Anakin destined to fail" have to do with how iconic Maul could have been?

  • @SloganYams Everything. Hard to make my point with limited characters to comment. The way I see it, if Maul had appeared in the three movies, Vader's rising would have been mirrored merely as "an additional sith", next to the existing one with the double-blade. If we pay attention, each movie "focuses", or puts emphasis on one sith. Maul in I, Dooku in II, Vader in III, and Vader becoming the antagonist in the OT (IV, V, VI). It's pretty clear to me lol

  • @leekepwn Your argument still doesn't make sense. If going from Maul to Vader makes Vader the "other Sith," than going from Maul to Dooku to Vader just makes him the "other other Sith."

It would have made more sense had Maul stayed for Episodes 1, 2 and 3, with Palpatine luring Anakin to the dark side until he kills Maul in combat to become Palpatine's new apprentice. The addition of Dooku just made it seem like Palpatine cycles through apprentices on a daily basis.

  • @SloganYams ... Sure it does; you just don't get it. Dooku's impact in the "awesome-siths" category isn't nearly as awesome as Maul. I'm currently having my Star Wars-addiction again and have been watching the swordfights of I and III again. Dooku in a fight isn't memorable at all, compared to those two fights

Dooku is a wise old guy, and not a bad-ass devil-looking dude with twin-blades, hence the smaller emphasis on using his character as Sith right before Vader's entrance.

  • @leekepwn No, still doesn't make sense. Your entire argument is based on "this guy's character design is too cool and he's cool in fight scenes." And if anything your argument kind of proves what I mean about Dooku being better if he weren't a Sith.

Story-wise (which is how you should base the argument), it would have made more sense for Maul to remain and be killed by Anakin/Vader. Vader wouldn't have been diminished at all, his legacy is the original trilogy.

  • @SloganYams God, yes it does. I just don't have the required space to fully make my point.

No, it would not have been epic for a Maul/Anakin show-down. Nowhere near as epic as the apprentice/master show-down. What is more epic? Two bad guys against eachother, or a master and his fallen apprentice?

  • @leekepwn Dude, they would still hypothetically have the Obi-wan/Anakin duel if Maul survived. Long before episode 3 was released Lucas had that battle envisioned. But think of it, take out the Dooku fights and Grievous in his entirety, and they easily could have had time for Anakin to face Maul and then fight Obi-wan later.

Anakin "becomes" Palpatine's apprentice as soon as he kills Dooku, really. That role should have been Maul. When Anakin fights Obi-wan, he's already Vader.

  • @SloganYams I agree with the fact that Maul's presence couldn't have hurt the trilogy one bit, quite the opposite in fact. However, that said, I don't consider Maul's death as a "bad writing mistake" (I love the PT as much as the OT)

  • @leekepwn I don't consider Maul's death a writing mistake so much as a timing mistake. Visually, he was as menacing (if not more so) than Vader himself. And his presence was downright bonechilling. To kill him off in the first movie was the mistake, I remember when episode 1 was first coming out, I expected Maul to be the prequels' "Vader" and then being severely disappointed when he was killed off.

  • @leekepwn *continued* Qui-gon was another compelling character, but his death kind of needed to happen in Episode 1. His death almost serves as a backdrop to Anakin's shaky relationship with Obi-wan. So you could say I think Qui-gon and Maul were the best characters of the prequels, and they both died at basically the same time, but one needed to die then but the other should have stayed.

  • @SloganYams well he did not die... start watching clone wars this friday.... you might shit yourself

  • @gamesmasterSJ9848 While Maul's appearance in Clone Wars will be nice fan service, I'm not about to consider it canon. As far as I'm concerned, the movies are the only things that count, canon-wise. I even say Boba Fett died in the Sarlaac Pit, just because fans wish it didn't happen doesn't validate all the stories.

  • @SloganYams you've just reminded me of great star wars parody that hits the nail right on the head for that one.

    watch?v=R4wOzbqgfIY&feature=relmfu

  • @SloganYams yeah, but i guess dooku was more beast in lucas's eyes.........so sad....

  • @stormtrooper1296 Grievous was so much better in the Genndy Tartakovsky Clone Wars cartoon.

  • @SloganYams Agree! I never understood with the prequels the new "villian" per film. Maul, Dooku and Grievous?

  • @SloganYams

it was important to kill off Darth Maul, as it shows everyone can get tempted by the darkside (obi-wan killed him out of anger and fear)

  • @SloganYams Thank you! The first other fan I've found who isn't ridiculously bitchy about the prequels. :) Those movies were my childhood, all these fans who think they're so much better for saying the new ones are crap need to get off their high horse.

  • @SloganYams Darth Maul is actually returning in the clone wars animated tv show

  • @TSCCepisodes Yeah, but that's just fan service. Only the movies really matter when it comes down to it.

  • played this song as soon as i put in the first disc for The Old Republic, one of the most epic moments of my life ^^

  • The lyrics are a fragment of a Welsh poem, but it's sung in Sanskrit (Ancient Indian language). Roughly translated the meaning of the poem is:

    And a battle was contested

Under the root of the tongue

    And another battle there is

    In his head

  • I CAN'T TAKE THE AWESOMENESS!!!

  • 64 People fell down a shaft whilst being cut in half

  • This is played when I have Sport on a Monday morning.

  • This song plays everytime i have diarrhea and i can't find a public toilet

  • I just saw the movie in 3D and when this song played, I was like, "This song is epic!!!" haha

  • star wars kid comes into mind... O_o

  • Qui-Gon dies. :'(

  • @TitansFan111 SPOILERS >:l

  • only good thing to come out this film is this track XD

  • @GEOThePROTOTYPE so true

  • The Phantom Menace was by far the worst film, and Attack of the Clones was eh, still alot of flaws with the script. I thought Revenge of the Sith was great, besides the scenes with Anakin and Padame, those just seemed awkward to me. I grew up with the prequels (I'm 16) but the originals just can't be beat, they're all better than any of the prequels.

  • @TheHaloManiac25 No, episode 5 was just a bland sequel. they rebuilt the death star- how much more unoriginal do you get?

  • @whentzel you're an idiot. That's not what the movie is about. And the Death Star isn't rebuilt til episode 6. It's the LEAST bland of the movies. But if you're twelve and watch star wars for the explosions, rather than characters, story, plot, or anything that matters in film, I can understand why you prefer the prequels.

  • @SHiTJuFro743

Random Trivia, The Death Star was designed by the Geonosians back when the clones were only just made the official fighting force of the Republic, Count Dooku retrieved and took it to Darth Sidious who had an Imperial engineer draw up written blue prints so that the design couldnt be stolen from an outside source. The paper these blueprints were written on had a special feat. in that is slowly erased what was on it over time, the originals were stole before succesful destruction.

  • @TheHaloManiac25 nice joke people cant say that the lightsaber were undercoreagraphed and they played the same song ten times each episode but it was a good song imperial march forever sith and jedi forever star wars best series ever

  • every single movie was amazing all the prequels were awesome half of you hate them because you dont like "new" graphics and that just shows that you are stuck in your ways
