Well yes, Sin City Role Play is a role play server, with a fully functioning police department. We fulfill duties as real life cops, monitoring traffic, pulling over people, arresting people, tazering them, etc. We try to make it as real as possible, so yes you would be pulled over if you weren't driving correctly.
