Thanks for the tutorial. You need MORE frames per second for video animations when in gif animations you only need a few frames and change the speed right?

@BRAZILGOTSTYLE then dont make other layers to coler it just keep in mind that the lines have to be closed so you can coler it and here is a tip use a coler key a coler key is that you take collers of an other picture and use it on your anime character so you dont have to search for colers

you should try working with flash also :) then you can use onion skin and see which drawing you did before your new frame. It's 1 of the animation techniques which takes less time, but still has beautiful results.

(btw, I prefer Premiere Pro + Photoshop also, but Flash is a good alternative!)

Just click on filter and choose render and then there will appear some crappy names and between them stays clouds you can select it and and then u just have to select two colors: blue and white ; )

Thanks Kl, but how do you draw every new frame in the layer box, i mean you draw first the things that is not gonna move and then you make a new layer and draw the thing that is gonna move bu how do you do it with the others? You copy the first frame--Sorry it's so confusing. I tried to animate in PS but when i save it as a PSD, and when i open it up the drawing i did is gone!

@DHammerr You pay for the logo, the software, the advertising papers that come in the box, the case, the outer cover (if it has one), ect. But mostly for the software and the logo. Sometimes it's on discount.
