Good job on your video! Obviously a lot of work went into it. I would have to say however that the acting wasn't very good in my opinion, though I don't really know what I'm complaining about since this is obviously a better reenactment than most. But i suppose, the better it is, the harsher the criticism, eh? When you can see how much effort went into the setting, props etc, you focus on the things that aren't perfect. felt a little like I was watching that Pirates porno.

There will be comparison between James' and Geoffrey Rush's Barbossa (haters gonna hate). It's just that Rush's Barbossa is very iconic, hence I think people will end up comparing (and is the reason behind MY comparison), but it's some solid acting from both on the video.
This shows a great cinema understanding out of you guys. The vibe of the scene is perfectly reproduced, and the attention to detail is awesome!

What did you make the windows in the set out of? I've been looking into minor set design for a movie set partly on a pirate ship.

@explodingtacoinc We made a traditional flat then cut out the design then staple gunned a clear shower curtain onto the back
