honestly, as far as crews go, ya gotta agree with you on that. ...but everyone always says korea coz they've been in the spot light for 5 years. As individual bboys i'd say its actually between japan and usa.

y do i say korea isnt that great? well because you have maybe a half dozen amazing crews yet no indivuals really shine through with any true originality (stylewise) ...and the rest of korean bboys are pretty sub-par ... so on a larger scale, by populous, usa is better.
