if their cadence was so fast, they'd probably do a lot better as far as marching. secondary movements all over the place though, and the commander needs to learn how to command because saying "as you were" every other command is not cute tbh. but as far as let 1's go, this is pretty standard from my experience. and it definitely wasn't the worst i've ever seen as far as regulation drill goes.

The worst drill team regulation of all time. Soo many things went wrong in this video that wasn't according to regulation. Learn how to march using FM 22-5 Drill and Ceremony. It's a book I'm sure you'll find it. Oh and one thing, the commander NEVER had their back facing the platoon. That was done a lot in this video. Not good at all.

I had the stressful privilege of being my squadrons first drill team commander in 20years, and except for me and 4 other people who have now, all but 1, graduated, there is noone here up to par for drill team level drill. Those are Drill/Color Guard cords...they are given to all cadets as soon as they join the team, and must be worn at all competitions or you are considered out of uniform.
