I have the entire collection and i thought i had one missing or something i am resurching on what happen with the solor flair or something I really like the show i have been watching it for 2 days straight I just didnt understand what happened with the 8th episode Makes no sense their defiantly needed to be a conclusion I love the show i have read their are a lot of bad reviews about this show but i like it just did not like the 8th episode and no conclusion.

@AmericansSexualPreds thank you for pointhing this out i thought i was the only one who noticed but yeah alot of people are out of shape on that ship and they expected to be just as fit as well the milltairy person on the ship seriously how. u just cant expect that from people unless they are truely deadicated and movitivated and truely want to be part of the millitary which i dont think they are. i personaly think they were froced at gunpoint/threat of being put in the brig.

i am honestly really surprised the cillivans can last as long as they do when they are doing the pyisical training. i know i would'nt able too yes i am out of shape along with a ton of other people in the world right now. like i said i dont get how they last because i doubt half them have had any pirior training before. how are they expected to train the same way the millitary does when they frist start out. i dont see how ur body can handle it.

@joretrel1 It was never told how big the Destiny is, but it should be MASSIVE, at least the size of the biggest ship the Asgard have.

@Ilamarea I know they are dead, but as it appears to be, some plots in the Stargate reality are happening in parallel, as seen in the beginning of Stargate Atlantis, and possibly the beginning of this series as well. You can't know that for a fact, and it is possible that the Asgard are still alive during this time.

@Ilamarea Oh, and by the way, the Asgard are not all dead. There are still some Asgards left in the Pegasus galaxy, it is unknown as to what happened to them, since they only made an appearance for a one split episode, and it is possible they finished their research there despite the knowledge of the Expedition, and stayed alive with a cure to the degradation of their race.

The Asgard in peghasus are extinct-ing. as we speak, and they do not have big ships. Allso.

@Ilamarea Hmm, well that makes more sense. Also, the thing you said about the Asgard in Pegasus not having big ships is definitely not true, because as told in the episode they appear at, they do not use the Stargate as a transportation method, therefore they ONLY use ships to get around, which most likely indicates they have some seriously big ships, although I will give you the ability to enjoy the doubt, because there was never a specification about that information.

Actually, they travel via means of small ships, and live on extremly hostile planet to avoid succers. There is nothing that would indicate that they have any bigger vessels, quite the opposite actually, since it would increse the likellyhood of them being detected, and these Asgard did not want that, the most.

@Ilamarea Trued, but what I meant is that there is no way to know if they don't have those ships or not, after all those ARE Asgard and they might be able to disguise their ships, and they only let the small ones to be visible because most of the people that see them, won't see them again. And besides, they lived on the hostile planet so far but started to expand now, since the Aterro device was found and they thought they cld use it, maybe they colonized other planets with big ships as well.

I guess other people don't have the same problem I do with the ending of episode 8.

They needed to resolve the episode, not simply imply that it was resolved by showing them well and alive in the next episode.

That is very VERY lazy story telling. The ending ruined episode 8 for me, which at the time before it ended was my favorite by far.

@Proletariat12 I have the same problem too, but I found a webisode; "Kino-New Kind Of Crazy". In this short commentary, Ellie explain that all is well. -He says that Colonel Young go early (to the planet) and captured the alien, and they are waiting for the cure (while making the video). They also acknowledge that Scott (of the future) is heroic, and die in a terrible death.

I think it's bigger than Atlantis. Hard to tell at the moment. When you look at the shuttles they found, they look about the same length as a Puddle Jumper, and you can see the relative size of the shuttles to Destiny. But in the first episode or two, they talk about how vast the ship is. I don't think Brad and Robert have decided on a size yet.
