these arent very good :/ sorry man, you gotta work on your flow. decrease the distance you move stuff between frames and take momentum into consideration (your arm gains speed and slows down when you movie it, it doesnt just start and stop at a constant speed from point a to b). you could also increase the frame rate a bit.
