Wow. The only time I've been on TV was the Cops show; See me get handcuffed after a high speed police chase. (oops) Just kidding never been in trouble in my life. I realize this is several months old, but congrats on being on TV.
Yep, and they'ze even got them high-rise bildins in a few towns... and the best part... we'ze even got runnin' water and indoor plumbin'! Makes it easier to water our horses and the passin' buffalo. Boy-howdee! :-)
Just watched 'em! =D You didn't look nervous at all! Great job! What I like about you is you're chill... you're not promoting yourself, you're just singing from your heart and sharing a message. Great to hear your story! -Nichole =)
Just watched it. You did a great job interviewing and of course the music was amazing. Really like the acoustic version of runyararo. I can say it unlike others lol but can't spell it. Thanks for the spellcheck quote above. The first of many Tv appearances I'm sure as more ppl get to know you.
That is phenomenal... I remember back way before you even got that first gig at the local coffee house...this is sweet...now if only I could obtain the following that you do...lol! keep on rockin mrs. thang!
That was a great segment Leesha! I watched all four parts, I must be a Leesha fan! :) The hosts were very nice and you were wonderful, never heard that Zimbabwe song, it was great!
Ah, that's one of my favorites songs! If you get a chance, search "Runyararo" among my videos. I have a live version and then the original version I did with photos from Zimbabwe. It's the song I'm most proud of I think.
I thought you did very well Leesha. Hope this is a nice jolt in your career. I think Coffee and a Smile will become your signature song. Alas, what could happen is that you'll take baby steps toward the fame you deserve and by the time everyone in the country wants to hear "Coffee" you'll be tired of signing it. Jimmy Buffet said as much about "Margueritaville." Hope you get more tv opportunities.
That's so cool! You're like the 3rd person I 'know' here who has either been on TV, in the papers or on the radio for YT related interviews. You must be doing something right. :)
