I'm laughing more at the uncertainty of the crowd than the humor. She's awesome, don't get me wrong. But it's so funny knowing folks in earshot are uneasy. They're likely looking around thinking "is it okay to laugh? Can I laugh at that?" without being accused of being a douche.
