I can't forgive Joe because I don't recognize what he had problem. He refused to give me the officer's name and He still is blaming to the black boy. It does not mean that I refused to forgive him. It is just invalid recognize his forgiveness because he cannot get his chest open to us. You know what I mean? What if the black boy did not do it and it is unfair for him. I understand that you said about T.V. protected victims’ faces but the black boy is not a victim.
