As I said in my last comment in AZ (where this video was made and your 1000hp pump comment needs to be set) there is only 91 oct so your car will not be at 1000hp because the ECU will retard timing as knock will be picked up or the tuners at underground (knowing the car will be running 91 oct) will likely make the tune more conservative (less timing and more fuel) to make up for the lower quality fuel.
