@SURPB 1. It'd look weird. 2. It would probably make the suit a bit harder to work with and manipulate. Imagine having all that leather and such not just suffocating your upper body, but your ENTIRE body. The material covering the dinosaur would restrict their movements. It's just far more practical to keep the legs outside of the body. With the right colors leotard, they fade right into the dino anyways.
