Q= 16-30 L/s = 0,016 - 0,03 m^3/s - 13m^3/s = 8,4 - 15,8 KW
But it also looks fine in its working setup, congratulations!
I want to build a similar one, a bit less expensive with about 5kw ...
H= 100m,
Q= 9l/s
g is still 9.81m/s^2
eff = ~0.8
P=9,81*0,009*100*0,8 = 7,06 KW -> i should be able to generate 5kw ... - i hope

I have a stream with 200 feet of head @40 gallons per minute. How many watts would a system like this generate?
Thanks

To : @GoBigOrGoHome2O12
H = 200 feet = 60 mtr
Q = 40 gallon/ minutes = 0.002498 M3/s
g = 9.8 m/s
P=9.81 xQxHx qt >>>> Turbine Eff 0.90
P = 9.81 x 0.002498 x60 x 0,90 = 1.33 kW = 1300 watt.
but this all maybe counter check for head looses for your pipe and mechanical looses.

Nice implementation! Could use some noise suppression, maybe. Do you have drawings for your Banki design?

How much did this cost? I am going to India soon and this looks perfect actually! And I found it on you tube!
Just give me Korean dollars how much it costs, I can convert.

that's only producing 2 kw? I would have imagined more. How much head and flow is this?
