I'm not sure, but on the back cover you can see Eddie in his six previous incarnations, but this time all are frozen in ice. Moonchild is inspired by the book of the same name by Aleister "The Great Beast 666 / the Wickedest Man in the World" Crowley!

@Yeiv16 the fetus thing is the 7th son/ moonchild. some of the songs follow the same concept involving the number 7 which tie together. this song being the first song of the album starts with the "seven deadly sins" bruce intro thing, and the last song, "only the good die young" ends with the same beginning from moonchild.
