clearly a hoax for one thing the size of the flipper is disproportionate to the size of the body another thing if you look at the very end of it the fin is tipped up and if it were real it would more than likely fallen flat having lived in water all its life it would not have had much mobility on land. And again the hair is obviosly synthetic not even real hair i mean it was a nice attempt but lacking in detail.
