Not one of us asked to be born. You are dealt a hand with your upbringing, and you will be lucky to survive it. Some were physically abused, some sexually, some had a good homelife, some lonely. We all struggle at some time in our lives, sometimes it comes much earlier only to continue for the rest of your life. The people who take to staying drunk are just surviving. You just got to move on and move out of it. Do something out of character, don't just BE.

I wish somebody would give me directions like earlier in my life, now it's just becoming too hard to hold down those values Ive tried to instill in myself and break them out for other people and share friendships. I don't have the ability or conviction to hold on to the levels in my head and say the right thing, organize my mind, or keep people around that I would like to say. I have the ideas but not the words, the contexts, the drawing of the focus. I feel utterly untethered and lost.

@warmyellowlite thank you and I would hope to beleive you, but even when not alone I don't know what to say, I don't understand cause and effect, I don't know how to get what I want when it's right in front of me. I was never taught how to be, who to be, who I am. all I want is a cold PBR.
