in NJ they will ban for a year and kick you out immediately! you won't get to spend the rest of the day at the park

@Kingdoom96 Yes, that was what they told me. However since I was cooperating and had a good attitude they let me enjoy the rest of my stay.

lucky you then, I couldn't afford to be kicked out after I paid to get in.. I seen an incident where a woman was very nice and cooperated but she was still kicked out, no second chances or another minute at the park!

@littledevils99 Imagine getting hit by someones camera when they drop it off the ride when the camera is going pretty fast as it flies through the air. Yeah, that wouldn't be very fun. And if it fell in the ride's machinery that wouldn't be good either. I worked at Kingda Ka at Great Adventure and anything (even hats and glasses) that fell in the track would cause us to shut down for at least 15-20 minutes.

They didn't tell you? How about reading the signs posted in front of every ride? "No loose articles are permitted on ride, including video cameras, etc."

You know what?  Final Destination 3 was stupidly unrealistic. While a camera can't completely derail a coaster, the most likely situation is that you let go of the camera and it hit someone on the head, and then they end up suing the park. (When going on a fast enough coaster, it could seriously injure someone.)

I agree with you, safety first. The thing that got me was that there were no signs saying I couldn't. If os I would have obeyed. At least they let me stay the rest of the day and my ban has expired.

I miss Six Flags. When I live in Houston we spent a lot of time and money there. I am shocked that you got kicked out. I mean I understand them saying they could not be liable for your stuff if you were to loose it and it got broken. Well then if you lost it could hurt someone too.
