next time you make sony vegas 8 tutorial....make sure you are going to tell about all the small detail because i didnt saw a shit in the beginning when you clicked insert video track and when you clicked on add text i didnt see a SHIT, so if you want me to subscribe you....you must do it slowly and tell about every buttom you click on when you make a tutorial for NEWBEGINNERS! this is a tip!

@AsianBlazenTV Did you change the composing mode to 3D? You find it where you press the button for "Track motion", it's below the "Automation settings" button in the same area. Here, you change to "3D source alpha". Hope it helps.

Click the left mous button and drag the clip inwards to speed it up. or outwards to slow it down
