Personally, I don't think this song is about anti-government, I believe it's talking about us being "sheep" and just following whatever a person in power does and not standing up for what we believe in. The Iraq war was just what was huge at the time, so they used that as an example.

The TVs distract the people from whats going on around them. Notice that they got attached to them fast and forever while choas happens in the backround that theyre unaware of. Kind of like the war today. They turn to sheep because sheeps are "peaceful" yet very vonderable. When they build the wall, its so you cant see out. The sheeps who try to see over it get killed.
