Hi, I came here to check out the speakers, only fall in love with the song you had playing through the system and the incredible color of the camera =). Can you tell me the version of "Promise Me" you had playing because I couldn't find it anywhere after scouring the web for hours (is it a cover by @IslaKustika ?). Thanks.
I don't care which woofer model it is; so far it is the best sounding speaker I have auditioned, and on difficult to produce well, female vocal. Very nice.
Thanks all for the response... yes many member has noticed that the woofer isn't the original one . My uncle just love it so much so he just bought it. withough knowing muchh about the tweeter model and woofer model. However they sounds really good. As for tube amp, we'll sure invest one in the future. :)
With apologies, that is not an A7. The very early A7 used an 803 LF driver while the new ones used the 416. Neither had aluminum dust caps as this one. Most likely, it has a 421. There were high powered PA systems that used the more robust 421. As the cabinet is dressed out, I suspect that is what this is.
i got a copy of A5 design.. i saw it in my friends enclosures compilation.. i think he compile it in 1985.. i build it last 2008.. damn its very nice the bass is superb.. i can feel the lower bass crawl in my skin.. im from the philippines
awesome setup, no doubt about it, but i agree with asadlarik, it would be kick ass if you were driving them with tubes, also it looks like you need a dedicated music room, like a basement or a converted garage, all those background voices gotta be killing the enjoyment.
Two words: Manual Focus.

I found an a-7 that a porn shop threw out for trash. In some cases, solid state is better, I own both and my 211set is not better than my Sony v-fet
