you flop to sell the foul. you get the offensive player to foul, (turnover) you get the ball.
thats what you wanna do. not all the time, but when somebody is coming at you and your right in there path i would not just stand there like a retard, i will get ready to flop backwards so i would not take that hard of a hit to the chest.
thats all it is. and its a way to help your team win. who cares what the other team thinks.
@jrrroyal Actually, I do know basketball. Thanks for trying to point out what I already knew I guess. Anyone whos watched basketball for 5 minutes knows that you get the ball after if you sell a foul. Thanks for the really insightful "expert" commentary anyways. The problem is players do it ALL the time. If you don't realize that you must not really know basketball then. Its not a way to help your team win, its dishonest and cheating.
