@chrismarx85 the thing on the very top is a roland space echo (a knob on which the modeselektor gets their name from), doesn't look like he touches that. the other thing he's tweaking w/ his left hand is the pitch/modulation control for the synth. at the beginning it looks like he's just resting his hand on the patch change control of the synth, waiting to switch to the next tone he uses... would be curious to know what synth that is - @CDEFoxtrot says korg trident which seems right.
