@seany150 As far as i know, the "Tumbler" track is used in it. Don't get why the featured video link is on this video instead of the that one, though...
@Jakihro Actually, I'm pretty sure it uses both. The intro of the video uses the title music here, and the tumbler part is used briefly as well, which is basically the same only more uptempo and keyshifted.
I played a demo of this game, and I'm not really a big fan of games of this particular genre, so I probably wouldn't have really enjoyed it if it wasn't for the incredible soundtrack. It reminds me so much of a Tim Burton film, except with more... "thrill" somehow.
I don't wanna be nitpicky, but this isn't the beginning song. This is played when you beat chapter one. The beginning song is almost identical, but lacks the melody.
I have never found a more cool game in my life. Im the kind of guy who plays nothing but shooter, bloody hardcore games like DMC, Counterstrike quake etc, but this game really made me think twice about games.
I have never felt this emotional and close with a game before. Thank you world of goo. This is the best game I've played in years. I havn't felt this Gippy since I've played Doom.
The songs ...the Theme and The cuteness of this game makes it a very beatifull..funny and still doesnt take much space only about 60mb and its better than alot more games cuz its not like with blood or adult themes...Good Job 2DBoy...Youre the best hope u gona make World of Goo 2 too!!!
I think this is better, much moreso than lack of blood and adult themes, but because it is, unlike any other game since, probably the turn of the millenium, truly original. I've never seen a concept like this before, ever.
Since when is not having blood and adult themes an argument for being good? It's not true that blood makes a game bad. What makes a game good is its innovatively, creativity and uniqueness. It can also be the story, the gameplay and the music.
Adult themes may or may not add to the game's goodness but they never makes a game necessarily bad. Realism can also be a criteria for goodness and blood is part of realism. Too much blood can also mean art and art can make a game good.
