u act as though the tarp funds arent to be paid back to the fed in full with interest!!! its an investment in a mistake that was created by the fed in the first place, u know the whole reason we r in a recession! It is obvious that u dnt. the fed stepped in years ago and forced these "bailed out banks" to give loans to people they normally would never have! alot of these loans went bad, in turn causing record foreclosures. popping the housing bubble and dumping property values like no other!
