I have this phone. It sucks! It crashes all the time, you CAN NOT recive SMS, the music player crashes when browsing albums, and the battery lasts for 1 day - in sleep mode. DON'T GET IT!

@chubbychino0 No, it does not have a Twitter widget, nor can you add one. Like other LG phones, there is no support for adding widgets to the phone. SMS includes a threaded view (Think of an Instant Messenger conversation, with timestamps and so on), and it also features a QWERTY keyboard on the touchscreen if you turn it on it's side. In terms of the that, it's quite similar to the iPhone's SMS function.

I quite like the phone. Sure, the browser is laggy, but I don't use it much anyway.

I can't connect my Lg Arena to my computer. I dont have the cd driver, and following some procedure, i took out the battery and connected the phone, and the computer asked for the the driver software for the new hardware tht it found...i downloaded the driver but still, the computer doesn't recognize the phone connected through the usb. I've heard some users have experienced freezing etc, mostly those who bought their phone on orange (orange installs some of their own software so maybe that's it?)

My friend has one and it work just fine. I've bought one and I made sure I got a warrantee and i found a deal with 3 months free insurance so if it freezes I'll just get a replacement or refund.

Not all these phones are duds so it seems to be luck of the draw, best protect your investment with a guarantee/insurance!

The Arena is such an awful phone. I had one for 3 months before all the bugs and faults became too much.. ended up replacing it with a 3GS.

i wanted fm transmitter, good camera and gps. i got those when i bought lg arena but fm transmitted voice sounds a bit weak because it doesn't have bass. but it's ok phone still.

now im waiting the next model of iphone or something similar.

i will go iphone 3gs next. arena is great phone but i like the app store on iphone. lg doesn't have one yet but i heard it's coming.

all the games (246 games) that i downloaded to my lg arena r bad.

there r just 3-4 phones that i like at the moment.

arena -pros camera (superb) and the screen.

iphone -pros applications & games, musicplayer, screen.

havent got a good try with samsung omnia hd but i think it's okay.

if u want good camera and touchscreen with good resolution. this is it. but if u r into music, games and apps i suggest to get iphone 3gs.

Ah, you were just about to review the google tools, when you got interrupted and forgot about them. Would you pleae upload a new video showing how Google Maps works? My Arena is on Orange, so Google maps has been replaced with Orange maps, and I want to compare them. Also, odd that your widgets bar doesn't work, it's fine on mine!

lg unless u wna w8 til summer curve is not touchscreen, probably 65k max color screen compared to 16mil on most phones, lacks 3g and ppl hv complained about battery htc hd uses winmo and resistive touchscreen. a new hd will be released sometime this yr according to htcs leaked roadmap. u mite also like lg viewty smart also this summer: new iphone - probably palm pre lg gd900 (crystal) nokia n97 - probably samsung omnia hd samsung i7500 - android sony ericsson idou - maybe htc magic - android
