I did some more research and I found out what the problem was for me. I'm using windows Vista, Vista and 7 have restrictions on changes to "Program Files" directories.

So What I had to do was move the "PSX emulator cheater" file out of "program files" and it fixed the problem.

@jackfwoodward You installed it within Program Files right? If so, go into program files, right click the folder and click cut. Then Paste it into the folder that contains Program Files (Default OS (C:)) You can easily get there from My Computer. You shouldn't have a problem after that.

@Replaytheoldgames4u Only ePSXe, as PSX has built in plugins already installed. With the ePSXe, you can customize your plugins. Kinda like the old Pro Action Replays used to be.
