Well unfortunately Phins BPT returned at age 5.5yrs. He was free of it for 2.5yrs :( such is life with the unpredictable disorder. His younger brother also has BPT and developed migraines this year with his turns.
My child has torticolis and we do stretching exercises with him every day. My heart goes out to you. Continue to fight the uphill battle and good luck. If you see it getting better, whatever you do don't stop as they can revert right back.
I never bothered with the phsyio as his specialist said it would be of no help as BPT is a neurological disorder not a muscular issue. Some people i know do take their child and find it gives some relief. It really is a personal choice. Best of Luck :)
