Some little thing to consider here: he his not a modern MMA fighter, but a pit fighter use to demonstrate that art in the first mix of martial art (like kick-boxer vs sumo)... His first lost was against Oleg Taktarov after 17 minutes, his second with Dan Severn after 18 minutes. Who ever is able to keep Dan Severn and Taktaro for 17-18 minutes in a shoot know how to fight. Now, does he train properly for modern days MMA?

Rewatch that match. Tank gets up alot till the last. Then watch Seth Petruzelli's knockout of Kimbo Slice. Kimbo cant get up at all. Kimbo was knocked out within 12-14 seconds. Glass jaw on Tank. not in my eyes. He took some heavy punches and still got up.
