I love this foundation!!!! I use the 187, the bigger skunk brush from MAC, to apply this and I find that it's pretty effortless to apply. I've used the 190, and the 109 too but I prefer the 187. Also it's really important to apply this to well moisturized skin. It's the best!!! Thanks for this tutorial Cindy. I'm a big admirer of your videos.
Don't forget ladies that MAC is not the BEST makeup on the market. It's been owned by Estee Lauder for years now and the formulas aren't the same. They have alot of nice products but don't think you have to buy it because it's the absolute best. It's not. I'm also hearing a lot of girls using photography makeup for everyday use. Photography formulas are thick and usually have no SPF or Mica or anything that can reflect light which is ideal for everyday makeup.
One thing's for sure...u had flawless skin before you applied the foundation and afterwards..it's still flawless. I like that this is not a heavy foundation on your skin. Looks gr8!

Thank you for mentioning that HD powder can make you look ashy! I hear such glowing reviews about it, but on me I look grey & ashy. I guess translucent powder is not good for me and my dry skin.
Everytime I find a foundation, it NEVER matches my skintone, it's either too light or too orange-y. Are MAC foundations close to a real skintone? I'd be willing to spend the money. i'm sure miss cindy here can givemore info, but buying foundation is an adventure lol there are lots of tips, like learning about your undertones, but for the most part, its gonna be trial and error. There are so many different formulations that produce different results depending on the occasion. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is to take care of your beautiful skin so that foundation is option, not a necessity.
And yes, girl, foundation expires, especially liquid! It gets ugly!! LOL hope this helps!
Thank you. I see I really need the HD powder. I apply MUF with a wet beauty blender sponge. I dab the foundation on my face and buff it in with the sponge. I do it twice on reddened areas. I really like this foundation. Thank you.
I don't know. My skin is normal and I have not had any reactions so far. Every one has different skin that will react differently so i don't want to speak for other skin types. You could always get a sample and test it for a few days.
I don't look like that when I am wearing it. I have lights blaring on my face and reflecting off the satin finish of the foundation. My neck does not have the foundation on so the light is not reflecting off of it.
you should go for maybe a tinited moisturizer or something I can really see that you turn a lil paler with the foundation....your flawless! stop usin foundation if ya dont need it!
