    recibe nuestros saludos.

    muy interesante el video de la preparacion del Manjar Blanco.

    Segun se indica, han usado 15 litros de leche, en consecuencia han agregado : 15tasas x 250gr = 3750 gramos de azucar.

    Por favor indicanos:

    1.- Que peso final como MANJAR obtienen de los 15 litros de leche con 3750 gramos de azucar...???

    2.- Cuanto tiempo necesitaron para esta elaboracion del MANJAR..???
