About the scientific part of building your own light saber : There is any scientific accuracy when we talk about the engineering of a light saber ?

You did a good work when talking about a phaser and i would like to listen what you have to say from the scientific point of view about the light saber.

For me both look more like magical weapons.

This was done with what was then called "Amateur Light and Magic" which has since changed its name under a couple upgrades to 'FXLab." Its a downloadable program that does sabers, blasters, explosions, lightning, and uncountable light effects
