  • green tea already made in bottles suck. They give me headaches, I feel nauseated, and dizzy for some reason, so I finally bought a box of green tea bags, and tasted it, man it tasted so good.. love green tea now... going for the natural ♥

  • Its true, I drink about 3-4 cups of green tea per day and its helped me with losing weight. I exercise 3-4 times a week and eat whatever I want, but after a meal I drink green tea and it helps with digestion.

  • hmmmm, I drink at least 6 cups a day, and it doesn't make a blind bit of difference to my weight. I dont eat very much, and never eat junk or anything fried.

  • @cojonazos1 how bout excercise ? .. it helps "melting" down fat , more easy ... well , the fat that is too much on your body .. if you are already thin , i dont think it wont make that much of a difference .. your body still needs a lil amount of fat to work
