Great conductor ,but ask the expert ..He knows all about Mahler,the dutch conductor Bernhard Haitink,now working as a conductor in London....but former director of the Amsterdam Concertgebouw orchestra....

The orchestra responds so well to his every gesture. What is lacking are the seeping Bernstein pelvic motions. His next reading of it should include a baton and score. The world longs for his Beethoven 9th. Peace
