You look good! You have nice shoulders and ARMS allready. I can only imagine 90 days. Your biceps (and triceps) will rock. And be hard as rock. You should do an unflexed and flexed bicep measurement now and then. I think you will have amazing results. Good luck...

I couldn't find it. but for your hair I love the smooth ~N~Hold Hair Pudding by Olive Oil. I also make my own using unscented Cream add aloe vera Gel and essential Oils works great. Your husband needs Yucca, Yucca , Yucca.... works great I use it all the time for inflammation .. Love Ya! Deb.
