Despite its over-briming cheesiness, the phrase "you are really spoiling us" has (somewhat unintentionally) perpetuated up to the present day in idiomatic expression. Very few ads in British TV history have achieved this, ingraining themselves into everyday speech. The most obvious one I can think of is "Does exactly what it says on the tin" which was the catch line of the Ronseal ads back in the 90's. I'm also certain "Simples" from that ad with merkats will still be repeated 20 years from now.

There is a song called 'I like Chopin' by Gazebo. I think the backing samples are very similar (though instrumentation biases are slightly different). I am not sure if its exactly right but it is certainly close
