If you play both tracks (the original and this) you will see that they are not synchronized, so this tracks is not only Anthony's removed voice. Its another version or a really good cover with a voice that sound likes john! Anyway its very good!!

In the origional, when they sing "sparkle light with yellow icing", they barely say the th in "with", it's just kind of "wit". At :47, the singer says "wif" instead of "wit", like a British person. BOOM not john.

1:00 in this version the singer doesn't have do a continuous descension. , he breaks up the first 2 and the last 2 notes, but in the original John sings 4 notes right in line down the scale. Also, at :46, in the word "sparkle", or "spahkle" as they sing it, with this singer you can really hear the "h" of the "spah", but in the original, John and Anthony have a really sharp "spa", a short break, than "kle". This guys word flows too much. Not john.

John is a lover of playing melody and bass notes at the same time.

He does it in this song too (plus flea on bass) and the rhythm of John's bass notes is very prominent.

Listen to the original or a short clip where John explains how they came up with the idea you hear what I mean.

There's nothing to hear of that in this clip.

The best proof for this being a fake: look on amazon.com for the karaoke version of road trippin- it's 100% this song.

And it's not RHCP playing it.
