Its not actualy in the film, not many of the songs on the soundtrack are. There just like supposed to be about the story. Decode is about when she finds out he's a Vampire, cuz if you listen at the end it goes "I think i know, there is something i see in you, it might kill me, i want it to be true" thats cuz he cud kill her at any moment but she wants it to be true cuz she wants to be a vampire. and it goes in the middle "my thoughts you can't decode" cuz he cant hear her thoughts.

I thought this song was one of the least happy sounding on the album, lyric and music wise... XD It's my favourite song, too.

And their electric sound isn't that new. The first Russian album was almost completely electric. I wish their band recorded with them more on this album though. I love the live performances of their songs because the band contributes so much to them. Real drumming and guitars + Tatu = Awesome.
