  • Not positive but I have cfs and can't drink alcahol w/o feeling like I am going to freeze to death and feel bone aches as if I was ran over and a general feeling of having the worst flu in history. That I thought maybe was from my cfs?? Nice of you to make a vid to help people!

    Her points on fatigue is true and to the point.

  • Yep, that's a southern English accent. We say "vitt-ah-mins", the general American pronunciation is "vye-tah-mins".

    I believe some Antipodeans (AU/NZ) will say "Veed-ah-mins" and some say "Vye-dah-mins".
