Why compare Avatar to Titanic? They're practically completely different movies. Titanic was based on a true event and Avatar was completely fictional. In my mind, Titanic had more meaning to it... It has more of a touching meaning, and Avatar was a great movie, don't get me wrong, but i just feel Titanic and Avatar shouldn't be compared in any way because of the difference you could have in movie genres.
