  • How do you spell that??? Bulovic effect?? Cant find anything on google.

  • I don't know I was trying to figure out the same thing, I couldn't understand what he said at that point either :(

  • bullwhip effect

  • Tach Dr B,

  • It wasn't capitalism that caused this mess it was the out of controll printing of money out of thin air which created corruption and too much speculation in the markets. The governments abuse and neglect of free market system created huge monetary bubbles in the markets. The end result of throwing good money after bad investments will be bankrupt nations across the world. Were going to get thrown back into the dark ages.

  • Please do an update on what is happening in Dubai?

    Iceland defaults, Dubai defaults?

    Who is next?

  • Banks - greedy bloody bastards.

  • Thanks Doc good info. Appreciate you sharing.

I buy the cheap coffee nowadays, its good. Starbucks is out of the question anymore.

  • I can't even find clothing or shoes that fits where I live. I can, however, find, even though I don't want one, more than enough places to buy a cellphone.

  • Good video and good information.

  • Painfully excellent. When you tell us the truth it resonates as such and I hunger for more. Here in Chelsea,London, the Russian oligarchs are suddenly mortgaged to the eyes,so obviously expecting raging inflation.Funny if it all backfired and it cost them a fortune-just a thought.

  • Best introduction to a video, ever.

  • Iceland bails out the banks and the IMF bails out Iceland. The IMF cannot afford to bail out the US can it?

  • Thanks again.

  • Very busy this time the Dr. B, I like your vids and infos, thanks

    Greetings from Germany

  • Fasten your seat belt...its gonna be a bumpy ride.

  • I learn a great deal from you.

  • Thank you

  • Bust and Broke. I enjoy your videos JBerni1.

  • like that little bit of showmanship jer..I was sitting on the edge of my chair waiting for you to say the end result is destruction of supply

  • At 3:15 he said, "the bullwhip effect." It's when demand does not match supply. Businesses try to forecast future demand, but sometimes they predict too much, sometimes they predict too little.

So if the demand is less than they predict, then they have an oversupply and they have to cut costs to dump inventory. If the demand is more than they expected, then they have shortages.

What JBerni is saying is the bullwhip effect is an oversupply when things slow down. Thus falling prices.

  • BHO = FDR all over again. To quote Kanye West "This depression is the greatest of all time, all time!"

  • Thank you for all your efforts. Very informative.

  • Your assessments are greatly appreciated.

  • A great update from my favorite German Represenitive :)

  • Loving my coffee here in Sydney at 10:20am.

Central bankers are not answerable to the population. Why voice this notion?

Central bankers have their own occult masters at a societal level beyond the realms of everyday society.

  • Correct +1

  • Awesome as usual.

  • Thx for the info, well done

Yes a nice cup of tea.

    Cheerio.

  • by the way if you own gold - a interest rate hike will not make a gold bubble burst. Interest rate hike has to be higher then inflation - if we have negative inflation even a hike of 2% wouldn't matter and any level higher would be unconscionable in a time of unemployment

  • Even if interest rates went to 10%, would that not create an even larger deficit, weaking the dollar further?

Higher interest rates --> higher debt obligation on gov't bonds

Most of the debt is in short-term instruments -- a truly genius plan

  • What effect was that ? Could you please, send a link or spelled out.

  • Yeah I could not understand the effect.. either.. I want to look it up but.. What did he say?

  • OK this is how Martin O Hutchinson predict: "The U.S. deficit for calendar year 2009 is projected to be 11.9% of GDP. But it looks likely that the U.S. deficit will be even slightly larger in 2010. In addition, the healthcare bill wending its way through Congress is likely to add nearly $200 billion a year to the deficit starting in 2014 when its full provisions kick in. On the other hand, U.S. debt should still be only around 100% of GDP even in 2020, which is generally bearable." to be cont..
  • More than a few people I know in America are ready for change, and willing to fight for it. Were just waiting for someone to take the first shot like Lexington and Concord, then all hell is going to break loose.

  • The First shot will be a personal declaration of war on my tax return...and I big ole check for what they deserve...

  • Great Community and your videos are very enlightening! Your Predictions and this latest video are terrific!

  • Blood will have to be shed for real change.

  • Bernanke vs. Berninger

  • thanks jberni !!

  • YOUR BEST! Not a laughing matter. We will all go down together. Unite the people of the world against our banksters and rulers.

  • Obama is not part of the solution, he is the problem.

  • how do you spell that effect, so I can looked up on the internet?

  • DR. B ?? Love it!

  • Does anyone know of a way to download all your favorite vids in a replayable format? Im worried about a mind wipe of sorts from the Google Gods.

  • type savevid in to google. The first website that comes up. It's free and it works great.

  • So let me get this straight.. We are going to have deflationary pressures from the liquidation of bankrupt companies in the US because they cannot restock goods at cheap prices witch devalued dollars. Therefore all the bankruptcys will create a flood of cheap goods into the markets. This will be short term deflation then afterwards massive inflation.........Inflationary pressures though on food and necessities will not change. food is imported daily, goods are bought in larger volumes.

  • Yes,

Deflation drivers: unless the Central Bank adds more to deflation.

Inflation - Import prices AND Supply destruction (I have also a video on that)

which is an effect of deflation

  • Jörn... At 3:13 you refer to the "B.... effect"... Could you please spell the word, so we can google it as you suggested? If anyone else understood it, pls tell us.

  • 'Bull Whip' as opposed to BS ;-)

  • as a craftsman

    see this as a reality

    all costs inflating

    all profits deflating

    cost me twice as much

to produce half as much ..

    take care peoples

    buy local ..

  • Hahaha, that was a hilarious intro..

  • To all you guys who want america to go broke, F*ck u all. I pray that obama wakes up and ends the Federal Reserve bank. I hope obama puts the dollar back on the gold standard and silver standard. I hope obama gets the hell out of iraq and afghanistan in early 2010, to save the USA Dollar and the country. Obama needs to wake up soon!

  • I don't think anyone really wants to see us go broke except the people who are doing this. Unfortunetely, this includes our own government.

  • JFK tried that and we all know what happened to him.

  • vsaldanas, please take note, most of this community does NOT want the USA to go broke. This would be extremely bad for ALL Americans. Unfortunately, the currency crisis will lead to hyperinflation. Obama and the Congress will not reduce spending (cost of health care, stimulus packages, rising unemployment benefits). The world has cut off our credit and refuses to bankroll this US spending spree. Once the US dollar's reserve currency status is dropped, watch out! Better buy PMs and stock food!

  • Hi, could you please edit your post. I do usually remove insults and swear words, but want to give you freedom to get your legitimate point across

  • Five Stars X 10 *****

    The pin has been pulled

    INTENTIONALLY.

It's not about us,we are simply caught in the swirl going down the drain.

Welcome home to the new world order,a place where freedom is an illusion Govt takes care of you from cradle to grave and there are only two classes of people.

    The haves and have nots.

  • thank you.

  • I cant wait until the day we are all bust and broke, what a beautiful day that will be.

    Ahh bliss.

  • That is the issue.

Once all are poor, we will have "Hitler economics"

Just a sad lesson from history....

  • enjoyed??? hmm...when i know someone is pointing a gun to my head it is a bit hard to enjoy it! you know what i mean?

chemtrails (an other topic) are you aware of this disgusting things? it seems they dont want to stop chemtrailing no matter what. every day the same things: spray spray spray! it all over the world!

  • Actually the red curve is my blood pressure after watching you reveal the truth about the world economy. Keep up the good work.

  • Hehe! Great intro jberni1!

  • A cup of Earl Grey tea and a gloomy forcast, life doesn't get more perfect : )

I'd rather know than not know.. but I'd still rather it were not true.

Load up with Silver and Gold, people, you may well be needing it sometime soon.

  • Thats quite a a part of the inflation-deflation debate. IMHO I think thats exactly the problem: inflation and deflation occur together at the same time. That makes it hard to track and to see whats going on. Almost impossible to act reasonably on rules.

I remember a discussion with a guy about a year ago where he was telling we're in a deflation and you don't buy gold in a deflation. Now, the charts have shown that nothing is comparably with nowadays.

    Thanks for the nice videos.

  • Thank you for the video.

  • Excellent.....you need to send that change to Obama and Burnanke...

  • great job JB. I love it when you turn the lights onto the real economic problems.

  • our economy is like a old steam engine train. by printing more and more money and keeping intrest rates low we just keep putting in more and more coal were goning faster and faster but eventually we are going to crash and its going to hurt.

side note any one in states on unemployement better file for your extension before dec 26 or you are out of luck as it stands now.

  • gold up again! USD is trash!

  • that's right : dollar will go down further from here.

    protect yourself

buy gold and silver, buy and store food and hide it, buy a bible and read it, learn chinese : it takes only a couple of years but you will benefit of that skill for the rest of your life

  • So it means if we (Latvia) take money from IMF ..then this will leverage the inflation and deflation?

  • Depends on what you will do with the money...

  • Give it to fat bureaucrats to send their children to top European schools or build schools, roads, hospitals

  • Great posting here! I have been following the currency markets for about 3.5 years very closely and it was obvious that a concerted aggressive worldwide inflationary strategy was enacted about 2 years ago. These central bankers are unbelievable in their arrogance and short-sightedness. I think about them every time I use one of my worthless fiat bank notes... Thank you for posting your accurate information!

  • to be honest, inflation or deflation i still dont know WTF will happen. inflation in assets now, but can we trust it?

  • That's what the charts actually tell you....

  • Deflation of debt based assets and inflation of consumer utilities and health care backed by people while they still have a job?

  • Norwegian krona isn´t that a "safe" currency

Or are they ALL going down ?

Thank YOU for all valuable information..

  • Guess no paper currency is really safe. One good thing about the NOK is that it is a commodity currency that might hold up better in inflationary times

  • I enjoy your videos and I think you have an excellent grasp of the economic and political situation around the globe. I would like to hear your ideas for practical steps the citizens can take to survive. Buying gold and silver, staying out of debt and reducing overhead expenses are some of the good ideas I have heard. Could you do a video devoted to this issue and/or put a few practical ideas at the end of the videos you currently do? Thanks.

  • food stored=yes

    garden ready=yes

    silver and shotgun= yup

    mentally prepared =aha

    neighbors clued in =yup

so this citizen is ready for the fall,

i wish all of us were prepared, there is little time left.

    Thank you for the update.

  • Economic Crisis Survival Community. Marc Faber says no Hope. WWIII coming soon. Party like it is the end.

  • That is the reason why I offer my clients access to private jets ;-)
