Is that Chelsea Clinton @ the 0.3 secs? Could be a UFO or it might just be the Sun. Sometimes when the Sun is filmed it looks like a hovering black UFO.
a balloon....that got away?....maybe? Really good video. Prolly ufo, but we will NEVER get conformation, so I'm gonna say final answer on the balloon.
